As the Intoner inched closer and closer to him with such a powerful stare the One-Eyed could only hope that today was not the day she would snap on him.
Thankfully it was not.
Breathing a small sigh of relief he attempted to keep his face calm.
”Hello Lady Two. I see you are well as usual. I just finished my rounds for the day so at present I am not tasked with anything.”
"Haha! Really? Well lets do something together! We can do something cool like fight or… or play that chess game I saw you play with that guy Five likes! Right? What’s that called?“
Happily she flashed him the peace sign, bouncing from one foot to the other. "Or we could go out and eat something awesome, too!”
The General stepped back only slightly so that he wasn’t in the way of her jump. The men at his back stopped in curious observation to see the Intoner talk to their superior so casually. Noticing the sudden whispers and the obvious sound of the lack of practice the One-Eyed turned his head only slightly to face his men. It was enough for the men to quickly scurry away to resume their training.
Turning back to face Two now that she had propped her sword upon her shoulders in a similar fashion to which he had many times before, he stepped forward again now that her landing had cleared. His arms left his back only to cross over his chest as he listened to her excited chirping about visiting him.
”Me? Well then what do I owe the honor of your visit to, Lady Two?”
Swaying back and fourth, Two waited patiently when the General turned his icy glare onto the crowd of soldiers that had seemingly stopped. Of course, she’d heard the whispers and inquiries about who exactly she was, etc, yet didn’t think it necessary to comment on them.
Instead, her bright cerulean gaze fixated on Dun almost obsessively, her body rocking forward and back as if the Sword on her person weighed nothing at all. “I just–…” Her lips sucked into her mouth, nervously chewing away as she tried finding the right words. “You were just so nice to me before, and… and you’re really not as mean as Five says you are.”
"And you’re good to Three and… And you’re just so kind and strong. You’re like… Uhh.. a Prince! Or…“
Bashfully Two kicked the earth beneath her heels, looking away from him, "you’re just so cool! And I wanna be around you! You’re so mature and strong… I can learn a lot from you! Just like Three!”
The One-Eyed was completely focused on the recruits as the trained. It took several moments, and a few more calls of his name, for him to fully register he was being called for. Furrowing his brows he looked around for the source of the voice with a small inkling of who it could be, before turning around to look behind him…
then up.
”Ah, Lady Two.” He raised a hand as a gesture to greet her before folding it back behind his back. “I take it you have come to visit your sister, correct?”
Immediately the Intoner took a leap of faith from the building top, her powerful legs taking her higher than expected before she finally dropped down with a sluggish jerk from the impact.
With her mighty blade in her free hand, she faced Dun with an innocent slump of her shoulders. Her fingers laced around the handle of her large sword ( much like his own, ironically ), and smiled. "No! I came to see you!“
